At the moment, if you untick "allow students to print question content", the "print results summary" button is still there, but just prints the results page.
In Safe Exam Browser printing is completely disabled, so we'd like to not even show the print button.
I think that the "allow to print question content" setting should be instead a choice of "everything", "just results summary", "nothing".
