Blackboard might not save submitted answers on logout #170

Student submitted an answer, then clicked to log out of blackboard. On logging in and going back to the question, his answer wasn't there.

Can't reproduce this - works for me.

We've seen repeatedly that up to 10% of scores in Blackboard's SCORM player go missing. Until BB fix this, the LTI provider is the recommended way of running Numbas through Blackboard.
