Not showing a genuinely gained 0 marks for a question #217

The list of questions in an exam on the left of the exam window shows the marks that have been gained in practice mode, except if answers have been submitted for a question and 0 marks obtained, then this is not displayed. It should be as this gives important information to the user if he or she wants to go back to the question.
