If several "error saving" dialogues open up one after another, the fade overlay doesn't go away #421

Saw this in an invigilated test session. The activity in Moodle became unavailable due to a time restriction, so requests to save SCORM data failed. It looks like the student got several dialogs on top of each other and after he closed them all, the black tint overlay on the page wasn't removed.

I don't think this happens any more - I've just tried calling Numbas.display.showAlert a few times, and it didn't create multiple dialogs.
