We have high-stakes exams that might be rescaled or remarked before official marks are released to students.
We don't students to see any feedback before their marks are finalised. One way to do that is to only show feedback if the exam is entered in review mode, not immediately after the student finishes their attempt. The VLE could then prevent students from opening a completed attempt in review mode until a certain date. Instructors would be allowed to review attempts at any time.
So, change the "show results page" setting to a selection from the following choices:
when the exam is completed (the current default)
only when entering in review mode (the new behaviour)
