Error in numbas with moodle #809

Hello all,

I'm using numbas inside moodle in my class and two of my students have got the following error when trying to enter the activity:

Numbas Error: Error loading suspend data: Failed to resume: no exam suspend data

Any idea how we can solve it, is it something my students have done?

I think this could happen if no SCORM data was saved after the attempt started, but I can't say why that would be. Maybe a problem with the connection?
