Superscript formulas #872

Follow-up on #868

All useful superscript characters (see https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/search?q=superscript#characters) are now supported. This means that following characters are also supported in superscript form: ( ) + - n i

The only other one that might be useful is the superscript equals sign, but I don't really see a use case for that one.

Thanks for this! I've merged it in, but I changed the way it was defined so the replacements are easier to change, and I added superscript equals for completeness.
