I'm collecting examples of bad syntax that I've seen, where the syntax is definitely wrong but it's clear what the student meant. These shouldn't be accepted, but Numbas could show the student a hint of the right syntax.
sqrt^3(x) for x^(1/3). The student thinks sqrt is the root symbol √ (which, to be fair, so does TeX), and that ^3 puts a superscript above it. Should we recommend root(x,3) or x^(1/3)?
