Mention the "except" operator in the "How do I..." page #622

To generate a random non-zero, positive or negative number: random(-5..5 except 0).

Hi Christian, I haven't contributed to Numbas before, but I'd love to try on this issue. I just want to check: is the idea to add this documentation under some subheader in the how-do-i.rst file? Thanks, Anders.
