Adaptive marking variables lose gap assignment when parts change order

I saw this whilst helping an academic change the order of parts in a question: their adaptive marking variables seemed to get mixed up. Recreate with the following steps - it seems to only affect gapfills

• Create, say, a 3 part question where parts a) and b) are gapfills and part c) has adaptive marking, using the answer from part a)
• Now change the order of part a) and b) in the Editor.
• You would expect that c) depends on the answer for the gap in b), but in fact it still depends on the gap in a)
