Non-editable and editable views of questions #94

The number theory question http://tallaght.ncl.ac.uk/question/384/number-theory/ when viewed in non-editable mode does not include many of the fields such as advice, parts. However all is revealed in the editable mode.

That's kind of a rubbish title for this bug, Bill! I know what's going on though, so I'll fix it shortly.
