On the resource dashboard, explain what will happen with feedback, and when #132

The feedback settings are a bit of a mess at the moment, and instructors often make mistakes with the timing of feedback.

A summary of what will happen and when would be good. Maybe something like this:


This exam is in sequential mode, best for summative assessments. or This exam is in choose from a menu mode, best for formative material. (If there's a timer or something else that suggests summative assessment, we could show a warning box)

This might encourage particularly sadistic lecturers to pick settings so that everything says "not allowed", without thinking about each setting individually.
