correct the name of the variable #166

First of all, I'm new to Django. But I think the correct variable name for the language should be LOCALE_CODE instead of LOCALE.

Please ignore this pull request if my understanding was incorrect. Thank you very much for this project!

I just found out the name of the variable I'd like to change is LANGUAGE_CODE, not LOCALE_CODE. I'm going to close this pr and will create a new one. Sorry for the confusion.
