It should be possible to export all of the data to do with one or more resources, contexts, or consumers. The exported package should contain effectively a static rendering of all the views of the data: resource statistics, CSV summaries, dumps of each attempt's data, and the ability to open each attempt in review mode.
Exporting data would be a good step before archiving resources, requested in #14.
