"Completed" exam still offers "Continue" #250

I have a (practice) summative exam set up. I answered some questions and hit "End Exam". The settings allow multiple attempts. When I return to the page, I see the below screen:

It offers to let me continue the existing attempt. If I click on the "continue" button it tells me I can't, but the button continues to be there, misleadingly.

I think something's going on with the LTI server not finalising attempts properly - we've had another report of this from a student.
