The attempt timeline view doesn't account for custom-named questions when working out the question numbering #274

e.g. if you have a first question given the custom name "Fact sheet", and then a second question which is numbered, in the exam interface the second question is "Question 1". In the timeline, at the moment, it's "Question 2", and "Fact sheet" is "Question 1".

The timeline view should follow the same logic as the exam interface.
