Store time/user data for manually remarked parts #322

When a score is manually overwritten, we should save the time and the user who changed the score.

This information could be shown in the attempt timeline.

Currently there is no way in the interface to return to a previous manually overwritten score if you've overwritten it again, this would make that viable.
