Ability to download all data for a single attempt, or for every attempt #65

It should be possible for instructors to download a JSON dump of all the SCORM data for an attempt, or for all attempts at an activity. It should also contain the other non-SCORM attempt data, like start time, calculated question scores, and so on, for convenience.
