@Dewi-Amaliah could you check the bullet list in the conclusions? maybe there are more items to add.

I have checked the bullet list in the conclusion. In the original paper (not in the textbook), there is a statement of how they handle the extreme values (greater than 75 us dollars to be missing values), but this threshold might be too low for the refreshed data given that we have more recent years. So, I just modify this point.
