[Bug report] cocoprep module not usable anymore #2334

Describe the bug We did not take care of moving the cocoprep module to the new installation procedures like we did for cocopp and cocoex. Without the now-outdated do.py, it is not possible to install the module anymore (or at least I don't know how to do).

A simple workaround is to checkout an older version of numbbo/coco. This should still give a recent version cocoprep.
