TODO: Add pre-flight environmental checks #42

XBM should do some checks before starting a backup to make sure that things 
like xtrabackup and innobackupex are available in the path on the machine where 
the backup job is running.

This avoids wasting time taking/copying a large backup and then failing when 
attempting to apply log.

If we can do checks at the beginning, then we can fail quickly, which is much 
nicer for the administrator (discover failures fast and fix them and not have 
to wait a long time for a backup to almost complete, then fail)

This should also verify sendmail for mail alerts ...
