At the current stage, p-adic numbers must be entered for each p separately into the db.
However for rational numbers and numbers appearing in OEIS sequences, it makes sense to make them searchable p-adically for any p simultaneously. (Say for reasonably small p, such that for each p we can make a separate search index.)
