Hive MetaStore provides the Event notification mechanism, but snapshot information is not stored in HMS. Therefore, change notifications cannot be obtained in real time

The GitHub issue is insufficient. While the issue does provide a good overview of the problem, describes the steps to reproduce, environment and additional context, there isn't any specifically coded example. It relies on past ticket (#3313) but doesn't share the results they encounter when following the steps. Additionally, logs or error messages that could shed light on the problem are missing making the issue not fully reproducible or debuggable.
