Streamline README #2

A ton of this can be pulled into ReadTheDocs, but there should be at least:

  1. An example of a simple model
  2. An example of a complex model, using most options (hash+range, GSI + LSI, Typedef instance, Meta, Column name
  3. Load, save on simple model
  4. Save, delete with conditions on simple model
  5. Query on complex model's hash, hash+range, gsi, lsi
