Coveralls reporting missing files #1

Figure out why certain files are included in local runs, but not in the coveralls report.

Pinged the open issue I cut with coveralls, still no update.

Seen a few threads that suspect conftest.py is at fault, but I had coverage issues with declare before this, which didn't use conftest.py.
