Add docs for creating E2E tests with ~~Cypress~~ Playwright #246

We need docs for creating E2E tests with Cypress.

https://github.com/numberscope/frontscope/pull/245 adds docs for creating E2E tests for visualizers, but not docs for creating general-purpose E2E tests.

I'm working on this until https://github.com/numberscope/frontscope/pull/245 is merged.
