Additions needed to server-admin doc

I am only opening this issue, rather than just creating a minor PR, because we want to keep the base commit for the Delft team's work as stable as we can for a while. I will just add to this checklist up here if more items come up, but other comments are welcome below

• [x] At the top of the "how to deploy a new version of frontscope" section, it should include some prerequisites. These should include doing all of the listed prep on a non-production machine, watching for any warnings or errors, and running npm preview on the resulting build and testing out basic functionality on it.
