Design of top bar in main Scope view #422

The current UI2 design seems as though it will end up with a row of four buttons to the right of the Specimen Name bar: Replay, Pause/Play, Save, Share. Four seems to Glen like it may be about one or two too many. We may want to revisit whether they should be broken up (Replay and Pause/Play is one logical pairing, while Save and Share is another) or slightly redesigned to reduce the number of controls needed.

In the referenced discussion there are a couple related items: consider reducing the height of the top bar, and changing the icon for obtaining an image.
