in-app notification center

Currently, our notifications do not have a way to view the details, as the app does not have a "notification center". In my personal habit, when I click on a notification, I am used to opening it, but there is nothing there, and the notification disappears from the message bar. I hope there can be a "notification center", where when I click on a message notification, it will enter the notification center and I can see the complete push message.

我們目前的 notification 都沒有辦法點進去看詳情，因為 app 沒有 "通知中心"，以我個人的習慣，跳 notification 我還是會習慣點開，結果點開沒有東西，然後點開後在消息欄裡的通知就會消失希望可以有 "通知中心"，點開訊息通知欄的時候會進入通知中心看到完整的推播消息

1. Separate Offer (Maybe like transaction?) and other notification activities
2. Add new tab for notification
3. Offer part will be upper right corner of the main page
