Let us know what do you expect to see?: I wish I can tap on the follower account name to visit their profile, and potentially follow them.

Please provide some simple steps to help us reproduce the issue or understand how do you want to see the feature.:

1. Visit a featured creator's profile
2. see that they are "followed by ....."
3. click on one of the account
4. it leads me to their profile and see their creations

According to this information, I don't see a possibility that there is a need of any popups. yet.

If we are talking about "& 19 others", that's another issue which should be called something like "Cannot see followers listed after 3rd place" and need Noir's UI update.
