Describe the bug "日誌"頁面，每一筆紀錄資料都一樣，會隨著主頁更改全部一起被更動

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. 進入app
  2. 點選血壓數據 進入"填寫每日健康數據"
  3. 按下新增
  4. 切換至 "日誌" 點開之前紀錄的日期
  5. 每一個日期裡記錄的數據都一樣
  6. 切換回 "主頁"
  7. 點選血壓數據 進入"填寫每日健康數據"
  8. 按下新增
  9. 切換至 "日誌" 點開之前紀錄的日期
  10. 裡面的數據會變更為剛剛新增的資料
