Explorer slow indexing on Tesnet #66

On testnet, explorer can take over 10 minutes to index the new block and transactions and no apparent error log related to it is shown. As a testnet user, I want the testnet explorer to show new transactions in seconds.

After sending 3 more testing transactions, the transactions were shown quickly. The reason might be the same as updating "estimatedGas": the more frequently the network generates transactions, the faster Blockscout updates the info.

I will close this task directly.
