Add dendrites paper directory #34

@lscheinkman Thanks, but I realized 2 things:

  1. We only need the permutedMNIST/ folder, you can remove all others because they're not relevant to the paper, and
  2. We also don't need permutedMNIST/archive/, this can also be removed.

Can you remove these?

Can we merge this as soon as possible? I've uploaded the paper to biorxiv.

@subutai Do you have the DOI/URL so I can put in the README?

@subutai We may need to move the paper code location the biorxiv directory before merging. The initial PR was under the assumption the paper would be uploaded to arxiv.

Not yet, it's still going through the process. Should be available later today or tomorrow morning.

@lscheinkman I have merged all my PRs in nupic.research, you can copy over the files now.
