Set up terminal.com Numenta account with NuPIC instances #1379

Setting this up will make it easy for hackathon players to get NuPIC running in terminal.com.

Need instances for:

Thanks, yes. I may end up cloning some instances already created. But I need to establish the "official" instances under the Numenta Terminal.com account so others can safely clone instances from there. They all need to be in the same location.
