Implements necessary changes for #22

IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation: Enabled folding in editor code and added a patch for the TeX lexer
Implementation test: Opened up a bunch of TeX files. Folding worked as expected

@raphael-sys Requires a wxWidgets rebuild for "real" testing of the folding capabilities.
