Implements necessary changes for #77

Implementation:
Added changes to gui\NumereWindow.cpp::NumereWindow::EvaluateTab()
Added changes to gui\NumereWindow.cpp::NumereWindow::OnMenuEvent()
Implementation test: Redo the steps to produce the failure (has been updated for better clarification)

I've just tested it. The Exception that I've asked in a separate chat has nothing to do with this ticket and PR. I'll make a new Bug Ticket for it explaining the steps to reproduce.
