💥Offline update doc conflict #239

Problem

2 users are editing the same doc, 1 is offline, when the offline user get the connection back , he can override the the work of the first user.

Solution ?

Add at least a warning to say that the update is overriding the document. Warning could be on the version ?

Could be nice to have a modal proposing the 2 choices:

Override - as it is now, we override the existing doc
Or Rebase - we pull the updated doc and merge it with offline updated Doc (see y.js)

fyi, I'm adding myself to issues that are directly BlockNote related or where we might be able to help out - so that I have a bit of an overview in the project board

In this case, @AntoLC should be in the lead but we can help out on request if necessary :)
