Typo:

Making your conference inclusive and encouraging diversity is a breeze! Just follow the measures below. ~The~ They are explained in more depth in the other pages of this Cookbook.

I also think the first sentence is perhaps minimizing & a bit of an exaggeration? A more neutral statement might be preferable like

Making your conference inclusive and encouraging diversity is achievable.
