Voting Process: The decision-making for different roles is done through majority voting or 2/3rd voting based on the project role of the member. The following description explains how members are chosen for the roles below and how the decisions are made for those roles.
How easy/difficult was the governance model to find and understand for me?
The governance model was easy to locate on the website. It was also easy to understand, given that I had a little idea about the open-source terms being used and have considerable fluency in the English language. I think people who are completely new to open-source or do not have fluency in English may find it a bit difficult to get through. But, beginners to open-source who are at least familiar with the terminology would easily grasp the model.
Overall level: Moderate (for understanding), Very Easy (to find)
