Investigate keeping a cache of window ordering updated on clicks, loopy-tab, loopy-backtick, Exposé invocation, and movement between spaces.

There's enough going on for 0.0.8, punting to the next release.

This isn't a bottleneck anymore, and it's not clear that it ever really was.
