A numix-circle icon for bet365 is missing. Thanks for great work!

@Jacajack Symbol is to big and uses too much nodes. Did you use potrace (Inkscape's Trace Bitmap feature)?

I was afraid of that, but no, I didn't use it. I recreated those numbers by myself. I'm going to work a little bit more on this icon before I create a pull request.

Keep it simple, use a minimum of nodes and make sure that corners are corner nodes.
