Kicad Icons Request

I am just starting this issue. Kicad is composed by a set of tools. Kicad itself already has an icon (kicad) but related tools don't. Though the default kicad numix icon is pretty different than the original. I think it should have some elements that match with the original.

Here are the icons and their names:

• [x] kicad (already has an numix icon, but it should be iproved)
• [x] eeschema
• [x] pcbnew
• [x] pcbcalculator
• [x] bitmap2component
• [x] gerbview
• [ ] cvpcb removed on kicad 4.1+ ?
• [ ] pl_editor

I described problem with them in this post: https://github.com/numixproject/numix-core/issues/3265#issuecomment-248314730. If I only knew how to change them, I would have added them too. I asked question about them at Kicad's launchpad page - https://answers.launchpad.net/kicad/+question/403823.

Obviously, we can add them now for future use if you want.
