Font and Character app cleanup #5646

This is about 4 apps which where muddled up.

GNOME Fonts / gnome-font-viewer https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-font-viewer

FontManager (shipping an additional font-viewer launcher) https://github.com/FontManager/font-manager

gucharmap / GNOME Unicode Character Map https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gucharmap

GNOME Characters https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-characters

I made FontManager use the old gucharmap icon which is basically a capital F in order to be different from GNOME Fonts. The old GNOME Characters icon (plus fixes) is now the gucharmap icon which is a much better representation.

For GNOME Characters I designed new icons similar to the upstream ones:

@palob sidenote, but did that emoji smile icon come from somewhere in particular?

From the original icon https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-characters/-/blob/master/data/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/org.gnome.Characters.svg And IIRC our gnome-social icon looks similar.
