This means I'll remove the PNG building from gen.py and conselquently the PNG files from our app icon theme builds.
I couldn't make the Unity 7.7 dash pick up an icon based on our distributor-logo-ubuntu-unity.svg so far (symlink as well as 3 upscale didn't work, maybe it's hardcoded now?)

Upstream (https://gitlab.com/ubuntu-unity/unity/unity) uses SVG icons for the Dash icon now.
