Added styling to Raven components of Budgie panel #621

Fixes #620

New styles are closer to Budgie look, but inherit Numix styling. Also when opening Raven it had transparent background until opened completely, so that is fixed as well. Also I'm using darker variant of Dark theme from my fork: https://github.com/nazar-pc/numix-gtk-theme/tree/darker-dark

@ikeydoherty, I'd also like to know what do you think about new look.

@nazar-pc it's not really anything to do with me I don't use or contribute to Numix :)

@nazar-pc Rename the file and use "@import "apps/budgie"....that way other budgie related modification can go into same file.

Btw, Switches looks awkward on the panel.

That's not a panel :P

Arc uses special assets for the Raven switches, they're smaller than other switches and more stylized.

Renamed file like suggested.

As about switches look - they are generally smaller in Arc themes, not specifically smaller in Raven, so I'm not sure I have to make them somewhat customized here: 2016-10-28 21-47-02 2016-10-28 21-44-10

While in Numix: 2016-10-28 21-50-17

Maybe make all of the switches smaller in theme globally?
