xfce 4 terminal scrollbar bug #662

Xfce4 terminal scrollbar doesnt scroll to the very beginning or the end, but it teleports to correct position when additional input happens - moving mouse over scrollbar, or adding new lines to terminal.

Distro, Os version, Theme Version ?

Manjaro 17.0, numix 2.6.6, also tried numix-git.

Edit: also can confirm that it works correct with other themes.

I could not reproduce in Xubuntu 17.04. It would be better if you can upload a gif.
