Cannot grab scrollbar in maximized window #726

When I maximize a caja window, and then try to put my mouse on the right side to grub the scrollbar, the mouse cannot grub the scrollbar because there is some space in right side of the scrollbar. I use ubuntu mate 18.04.1 64bits. screenshot at 2018-12-05 12-19-29
