Delete icon-theme.cache #108

This file is outdated and it prevents system from detecting recently added icons inside this theme (since 18.09.19). The circle light version and numix-icon-theme-square do not have it, so why not delete it here too instead of updating.

Not sure how that crept back in there, we deleted it a while back. Possible I've reverted hat commit at some point without realising. Good catch, thanks :)
