Wrong Telegram tray icon on Gnome Shell #136

Numix-Cirlcle icon theme uses the "blue circle" Telegram tray icon instead of the monochrome one (I'm using Ubuntu 20.10 with default DE).

This is likely Telegram making the tray icon telegram.svg (itself an issue they should fix), but also us not having the right symlink in place to work around this issue. I'm a Telegram user myself and I've noticed this, will see what I can find
