Probably the same issue as #143.
@Initu-Castilhos Which Ubuntu version are you using, when did the PPA start to be outdated and which Numix Circle version does it install?
@Initu-CastilhosQual versão do Ubuntu você está usando, quando o PPA começou a ficar desatualizado e qual Numix Circle ele instalou?
Linux Mint 21.2.
I can reproduce this on a Ubuntu 23.04 live system.
That said, packaging for Debian-based distros is pretty much out of the area of my expertise and I don't have the Numix launchpad credentials.
@khurshid-alam Is there anything you can do here?
@palob As per my knowledge it was not in the ppa bcz you don't need ppa any more on Ubuntu. It is available directly from repo.
sudo apt install numix-icon-theme-circle
The latest version in Mantic is 23.07.08-1 which was uploaded on 15 Jul 2023.
Jammy and other older version lagging behind. I suppose I could update the ppa for those releases.

Ah I see. Repo version is of course frozen yet with Flatpak et. al Debian/Ubuntu/... users are more likely to use brand-new software which isn't matched by a Numix icon in the repo version.
Is updating an keeping updated much of a hassle?
As of yet there's only one person reporting the issue (don't intend to belittle their cause), so I don't know how the effect is on the whole.
In Ubuntu's launchpad setup was automatic, But launchpad can not import git which has signed commit. So it is not importing recent commits. It also requires to change packaging info.
The PPA in Ubuntu base and circle versions is not updated. Only the square version is updated.
